These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LLC Register's website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" means US LLC formation, EIN procurement, and banking and Stripe onboarding assistance provided by LLC Register.
• "Client" means any person who purchases or uses our services.

2. Scope of Service

We prepare and submit state LLC formation filings, obtain your EIN from the IRS as your authorized Third-Party Designee, provide registered agent services where purchased, and guide you through opening a US business bank account and activating Stripe.

Our services do not include legal or tax advice unless expressly agreed in writing. We help you qualify for banking and payment services, but final approval always rests with the relevant bank or payment processor.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documentation, to respond promptly to compliance requests, and to confirm that you are eligible to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Government filing fees, registered agent fees, and virtual address fees are charged as part of your order. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the total fees you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for interruptions to third-party services, your own tax or legal compliance, or losses arising from a bank or payment processor's decision.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
